It's called the Dickens process, inspired by the timeless tale of A Christmas Carol, and developed by the renowned Tony Robbins. This visualisation process of jumping into different timestamps in the future is a great tool to experience the effects of your limiting beliefs and behavior in the long run. This process is not just about visualizing your future; it's about confronting your limiting beliefs head-on and crafting a new narrative for your life.

Let's dive into the depths of the Dickens process:

Step 1: Reflect on two limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. Feel the weight of these beliefs, the emotional toll they've taken, and the opportunities they've deprived you of. Allow yourself to experience the pain they've caused, both emotionally and physically.
